Hello dear, I hope you are doing well,

We are facing submission issue recently and it seems that submission is working with other accounts and its only with our organization account, while submitting new record to the server it gives: The data server for your form or the Enketo server is down. Please try again later or contact support@example.org. (503) error, there is no specific message so we can troubleshoot.

could you kindly help me what could be the issue.
