Good day to all . the problem with export of completed forms began on Monday, June 10. The last successful export was on Friday, June 7. The forms were not changed. The problem is observed in many other organizations.

Welcome to the community, @MEAL_Assist! Were you able to download your data without any issues before the said date? Did you make any changes to the form? Could you also let us know the server you are using?

No changes have been made to the KOBO forms.

The last time I checked, the same versions of the forms are still available.

Kal_Lam, and another question is what is the approximate time frame for solving this problem.

Because there is a lot of information in the KOBO system to analyse the work of our organisation and partners who work with us on projects.

Is it possible to communicate about this problem via Teams, Zoom or Skype?
