I successfully uploaded my xlsx form to the server, but when i try to preview the form, this is what i keep seeing.
It is the same thing all over the questionnaire as i cannot see any question or option
How many languages are attached to the form?.. If there are more than one, then you have to add the the labels to the (survey and choices) for every respective language
