The recent records are flagged in the Summary dashboard but are not accessible

@chris, could you kindly provide more details of your issue and also let us know the server you are using? This should help us investigate and troubleshoot!

Hi @Kal_Lam to confirm, we use the eu server. An example here is that our project number 893021 delivers a csv download when an xls download is requested:

@chris, you can get rid of this by following the steps outlined below:

  • Press the trash bin next to Latest unsaved settings.
  • Change the Select export type from XLS format to CSV format or vice-versa.
  • If needed you may also sometimes need to change the XML values and headers to a different option (may not need).
  • Then retry EXPORT.
