@nomolos, when I checked your XLSForm, it seems like you added the French language in the choices tab:
While at the same time the French language have not been defined under survey tab …
Nor has it been defined under the settings tab …
So the solution for this issue is that you will need to simply remove the language defined under the choices tab as shown in the image below:
