Unable to access document collected through Kobo: Error: Details not found

Hi Kobo Team,

I have collected several types of documents through kobo. I am trying to click on the link generated for the document from the downloaded sheet and it throws an error “Details not found. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Earlier I was able to access all the documents and download them.

Could you help?

  • making your data public.
  • keeping the browser open when trying to access the link?
