Unable to break line in note with Alt+Enter in xls

I am trying to display information using note but I am unable to break line. I did try alt+enter which enables me to break lines on excel but, due to some reason, it does not reflect on Kobocollect.

How can I implement line break that will reflect on kobocollect when interviewer’s download forms ??

@apulikkal, line break (Alt+Enter) should work with Windows OS. If you are using some other OS, it could be a different key.
