Unable to clone the form in Kobo Toolbox. .The pop-up window did not open – the button is unresponsive and no pop-up appears. Please i’d like to contact the technical support for assistance in resolving this issue

Welcome to the community, @marangatu_sudeste! Could you also let us know the server you are using? When testing this in our public server, I had no issues cloning a project.

In addition to which server you are on, can you also please also confirm whether or not you can create a basic new project from scratch (eg just a single question) and clone it?

Its impossible to clone it and in addition i cant log out. I tried create a basic new project from scratch (eg just a single question) and clone it, but it doesnt work anyway. There is a lot of bugs, and i need to clone for my job…can you help me to?

@marangatu_sudeste, would you mind trying this in a new browser (to see how it behaves there)? I don’t think it’s a server side issue here. Instead it seems to be a client side issue. Please if possible try this in a different PC to see how it behaves.

I’he already tried in 3 differents browsres, i clean the cache and everything, i’ve tried everything is possible. How can i still do? it doesnts work…
