Welcome to the community, @fidakobo! Try having a closer look at your relevant column. The expressions used there seems to be an issue. Maybe you should also be able to validate your xlsform through this online validator which should help you identify syntax issues present within your xlsform.

When validating your xlsform through the online validator, I could see the following error message:

Then further looking at your xlsform I saw this issue (highlighted in yellow):

Here you have specified a group but have no questions within the group. If this is the case, you should remove the group from your xlsform.

After fixing the same, you will need to repeatedly check your xlsform through the online validator to see if there are any other issues. Keep repeating this cycle until you solve the issue.
