Welcome to the community! You generally see this type of error message when you have a syntax error in your survey form. To solve this by yourself, please validate your survey xlsform with https://opendatakit.org/xlsform/

Thank you for your support. I was prepareing my survey form using Kobocollect application online not using excel.

Hi @Addisalem,

If this is the case would you mind downloading your survey forms in the xlsform version and then validate it in the link provided earlier. You should then be able to identify your syntax errors.
