Unable to deploy a survey project (shows error message)

Dear Team @Kal_Lam @stephanealoo

I have the same problem with my forms. I can´t preview. I also cant Redeploy my form. Please assist. Ive been trying to upload the xml files and xls form but im restricted as im a new user`.

Message error:

  • PCDATA invalid Char value 2

@sibusiso, would you mind validating your xlsform through this online validator first? It should be able to identify the syntax issues if there are any.

@sibusiso, when having a closer look at your xlsform, I see that your choices tab has labels missing:

Could you check them out and either add the labels if needed or delete the list_name if not needed? You will need to repeatedly validate your xlsform through this online validator after fixing the syntax issues until you see no more syntax issues.
