I am having a problem with deploying my form this error keeps showing up:

Welcome to the community! Seems like the variable name you have defined in the survey tab does not match with the variable name that has been defined in the choices tab. Would you mind checking the consistencies between the two.
Can you explain further please? As I am not very fluent with excel.
You could try sort out the issue by validating your xlsform in https://opendatakit.org/xlsform/ for this follows the steps as mentioned below:
- Download the xlsform
- Validate it through the link provided above
- You should receive information on where the issues are
- Correct the issues in your xlsofm
- Upload your xlsform and then deploy/redeploy your project
- You should be able to deploy your project now
