Unable to download Blank form from shared project

Dear all,

  • I created two projects with an account (admin account)
  • I Shared those projects with another account (enumerator account)
  • These two accounts are on OCHA server (kobo.humanitarianresponse.info)
    Using koboCollect for android v2022.1.2 I configured with enumerator account. When I tried to download the blank forms, I got a disk-related error.
    I checked following sharing options: see the form, edit form, see records and add records.

Please find bellow the translated version of the error message:

A disk error occurred while downloading this form. If you continue to have this problem, notify the person who asked you to collect data.

@modibok02, as a quick check, would you mind doing the following 2 checks:

  • Check to see if your device has enough space in it.
  • Try to update your existing KoboCollect android app from version 2022.1.2 to 2022.2.3 to see if that solves your issue.

I have enough space on the device and the update of the Kobocollect version did not resolve the issue.
When I create a new form (with exactly the same xlsform) and shared it with the enumerator account. That works.
