Good morning? I am unable to download a complete dataset from Kobo. To describe the problem;
- When I view submitted data in table view, some data is missing in some columns.
- When I view individual forms, all columns have data in them.
- When I download data, there are columns missing data. In other words dataset is incomplete.
I have written several times to Support, but I am still waiting for the issue to be rectified. This is a critical moment because we are fielding 2 studies and if we wont be able to access complete information, it will cause trouble and water down the confidence that had already been achieved by mobile based data collection.
Will be grateful for a solution to this problem.
