Unable to preview a survey form

Hi there,

I’m trying to preview a form in PDF and keep getting this message: There are more than one survey elements named ‘group_sw67d56_header_column’ (case-insensitive) in the section named ‘group_sw67d56_header’.

I’ve tried changing the title of the survey but no dice. What should I do?

Hello,
there is probably a duplicate name, only different case-sensitive*, in your group “group_sw67d56_header”.
Here is an example provoking the same error (on XLSForm import).

If you don’t find the problem directly, you could export your form as XLS and search the token ‘group_sw67d56_header_column’ in the Excel (survey) sheet.

From the explanation, it seems that you have a problem with your form. The best way is to download your XLS version of the form and look for the specific error explained i.e. a duplicate name of question/variable as indicated below.
