Hi I am new to Kobo.
I am trying to share my project with a team of 50 team members. I have so far been able to allow access to 42 members, the remaining 6 however despite trying to create different user names the error message is still “username not found”.
We are on the same server under URL https://kc.kobotoolbox.org.
What are we doing wrong?
Welcome to the community @baunjeri! Could you kindly share with me the list of remaining user accounts so that i could check it in the server to see if they exists in the HHI server i.e. https://kc.kobotoolbox.org
You could share them through a private message if you feel the usernames should be treated confidentially.

Kindly please be informed that the following user account exists in the following server:
Username diana_peula exists in the OCHA server i.e. https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/
Username d_dobi exists in the OCHA server i.e. https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/
Username gone_japheth does not exists in any of the servers.
Username eva_eva exists in the OCHA server i.e. https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/
Username lawimagio001 exists in the OCHA server i.e. https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/
Username mutheu_agnes exists in the OCHA server i.e. https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/
Username sillingi20 exists in the OCHA server i.e. https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/
Thus, this is the reason why you are having issues with sharing permissions through the HHI server.
Thank you for your prompt response. I however still cannot grant permissions to the existing usernames. What could be the issue

As said before, both the user accounts i.e. the admin account as well as the enumerator's account should be in the same server either in OCHA server or in HHI server. Here, it seems that your user account i.e. the admin account is in the HHI server while the enumerators account is in the OCHA server. Maybe you could request the enumerator’s to create an account in the HHI server where your survey project is. This should solve the issue.
