Unable to share the project

I have to share the project to my partner . His KOBO id is godda_123. While sharing the project this id, I am getting the message" use is not found". Please help me

Hi @rahul_521,

You first need to know which server you are using and which server your PNGO has. Basically KoBoToolbox has 2 servers (OCHA and the HHI) for public use. Please be informed that KoBoToolbox does not allow sharing projects from OCHA account to HHI account or vice-versa. Sharing of projects is only possible within the same server that is within OCHA or within HHI server.
