Unable to view kobo synced data on browser

I have sysnc data from my android phone to kobo and was successfull but unable to view data online(on browser).
Please kindly help

Hi @abubakarts,

Please ensure that while sending (say 34 cases) the collected data from your android phone to the server you will see a number in the View Sent Form (34).

Please note that if you see Send Finalized Form (34) in your KoBoCollect Application, you must understand that the data you assume that has been synced with the server has not yet been synced. Hence for this please ensure that you are connected to the internet and also ensure you see Send Finalized Form instead of Send Finalized Form (34).
