Can we prepare unique links with Kobo?

Welcome to the community! Would you mind having a look at the previous discussions that has happened in the forum which should solve your issue:

First way out:

Unique submissions

You can use ‘single submission’ which doesn’t load a new blank form after submitting data: [image] There is no way to verify that a user didn’t submit data multiple times. What some people do is to send random codes to each potential respondents and ask them to paste them in a text field, to protect against random submissions by unauthorized users or against multiple submissions They would need to trust you that you don’t keep a register of email addresses and random codes, though.

Hi This is related to a similar topic however I would leave it as it is to address other users who have been having the same issue. Ideally this system is not designed to limit the number of submissions by a user. You can however create a work around designed to provide unique codes for data entry, ideally this will allow the person to only collect the data using the unique code.
