1. How can we upload media file via the API? ex: CSV files to be used via pulldata
2. After uploading how can we change the form name and trigger a deployment?

So far I have not seen anyway of uploading media files to the project via API

You can change the form name by typing the form name directly when editing. You can deploy the form using the normal deployment approach. Unfortunately, I have not heard about an automated approach towards deployment.
