Can I please ask that you to kindly keep an eye on the forum during the working hours, because from my experience. we as system users suffer from the slowdown and the data collection process stops and your intervention comes after the working hours.

Thank you for your feedback. We really try our best to ensure that support is provided on a routine manner. Unfortunately given the global time differences it is sometimes difficult to meet the working hours definition for all users.
