I made a ratknv question that is mandatory and has 14 rows. 6 of the rows consistently show as unanswered even after being answered when I check data from form submissions.
How do I fix this please. It is Urgent

Yes, I searched and couldn’t find a solution
Just to be clear, the blank questions are all select_ones? And are they using the same (or equivalent) choice list as the other, apparent, select_ones in you form?
Can you please share a screenshot of what the actual Data table looks like for this submission, with the ‘Display XML Values’ option enabled. This will display the raw submitted data values (if any…) for these questions; to eliminate the possibility of the choice option not having a label or choice names having been renamed in different form versions (which would mean they couldn’t be matched up to a display label).
Doing this, and possibly also exporting your dataset, would confirm whether these responses actually do have a submitted value or not:
