User no found (while trying to share survey project)

In spite I am sure of the correct username, I am trying to share my project but Kobo does not recognize the user.

Copied and many thanks. The matter at stake was not for login but for share a project. The two different serves means that it is not possible to share a questionnaire with someone who has the account registered in the other server, right?

Hi @giako18,

You could have a look at our support article MANAGING PERMISSIONS. It should solve your issue. But kindly please be informed that sharing of project is only possible within the same server i.e. either within HHI server or within OCHA server. It’s not possible to share a survey project from HHI to OCHA or vice versa.
