To whom it may concern, I’m not able to add a user to my forms. It continues saying user not found. While other people can find the user.

You see this when you are trying to share your project with a user who is on a different server than you are. i.e. if you are in the OCHA server (humanitarian server) you will be able to share your project with users who are from the humanitarian server. If you are from the HHI server (non-humanitarian server) you will be able to share your project with users who are from the non-humanitarian server. You won’t be able to share your project between the humanitarian server and the non-humanitarian server.
