Users unable to edit (Urgent)

Our users are having problem when they try to edit any response. They receive the following messages:

Is this from a shared project or is it from a user who is the admin of the project?

Thanks for your reply. The form is a shared project.

I tried to delete the user permission and then re-add it again. and the problem solved.
