When I click preview - it is just loading, and continues to say 'loading'

Hello,

I created an XLS sheet, and I loaded it onto my Kobotool box, and when I click preview, it just says ‘loading’ but never appears or comes off this ‘loading’ page.

Can you help?

I have another issue now - when I click preview - it says the following:

There has been a problem trying to replace ${} with the XPath to the survey element named ‘’. There is no survey element with this name.

What can I do?
