Why i cannot submit or save draft for the quesionnare?

I cannot sumbit or save draf the quesionarre and there is message like this “This record name or ID already exist. Please change it”. i have changed it and it doesnt work. Thanks

Can you clear the cache of your browser? Or try to use another one? That should solve the issue.
