I submitted data through KoboCollect, but the entries are not appearing in my project. Has anyone faced this issue and found a solution?
Welcome to the community, @Marek! Could you kindly ensure that the submission appears under the Sent folder in your Collect Android app? In some cases, the submissions may not have been sent to the server. In other situations, it’s also possible that the submissions were sent to a different account than intended.
To verify this, please check your account settings under Settings > Server in the Collect Android App.
