Dear Members,

I am hastily working on the attached form but finding it difficult to have it deployed. Please help.

There are several issues with your form for starters:

  • name column in the survey sheet must be unique for each question.
  • Your relevant column needs to updated according to unique names.
  • Each language column adds two colons and the language name, followed by the two letter language code in parentheses. In your case:
    label::English (en)

I think I solve the issues you pointed at, but it can’t still be deployed. Please look at it attached.

@alfrednborbor, for your knowledge and use; you could always validate your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify any syntax issues that are affecting the form deployment.

This post discussed previously should help you use the online validator.
