I was able to upload and deployed a form but I and my field colleague keep receiving “downloading fail” message while trying to downlaod from the server. Further detail revealed that the form could not be processed, meanwhile it worked initially.

@victoradebamiji , have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues?
