Add co-owner to the project in KoBoToolbox so that the co-owner is able to view the Media button under the settings tab

Kindly please be informed that this feature at the moment is not available with KoBoToolbox. But at the same time also please be informed that there is already a features request for the same in our previous post.

Media button missing while sharing projects

After noticing that only owners of a form could manipulate the MEDIA section of it, it came to my mind that it would be great if media files (audio, csv, xml, image…) could be linked to external platforms in a sense that we won’t have to re-upload them everytime there’s an update to make. Making it so would make the update to one-side only (the server) without worrying too much on updating the Kobo platform. Thanks
