Adding group questions under select_multiple

Hey,
I’ve been trying to add group questions to appear once a choice is made for a select_multiple question. I need the grouped questions to appear directly below the choice that was selected. Can I please get help on this or point me out to the conversation?

I have a select_multiple question. After selecting one of the choices, I need a group of questions to appear directly below the selected answer and repeat_group is enabled. If they pick two or more answers there should be a group of question appearing below each selected answer and repeat_group is enabled.
