Hi @ammaar_al_nofaish, Welcome to the community! Please see the support article on how to add a custom logo in KoBoToolbox here. Additionally, you could also have a look at some reference discussion that has happened in the past on uploading an image in KoBoToolbox. HAVE a GREAT DAY!

Please also consider that you can’t see the logo in that form view. To see the logo you need to click the view button again within the red circle. Otherwise you will not see the logo.
