Autoselection of select one in repeats

greetings mentors i want an option selected in a previous question which is not part of a group to be autoselecting same option in all repeats for another question

Q1, NAME OF SUBDIST with Options: Ghana, Nigeria, SA (which is select one)

Begin repeat
Q2, NAME OF SUBDIST (option selected in Q1 should autoselect) in all repeats e.g if Q1, is Nigeria, then Q2 in all repeats should be Nigeria
