Hi my team is trying to get the forms to start collecting data but they cant access it ask for username and pass!
normally we only using the server link to access the forms. we checked the app its up to date.

i don’t want to share the username and pass with the team in field cuz they are daily workers so yesterday it was working normally by using only the server but today it required to write the username and pass so is there any solution?
@Hassan, could you share the screenshot from the Settings>Server so that we can also see if the configurations are OK?

Remove the additional / that you have been using currently at the end of the URL, and that should solve your issue.

@Hassan, the Require authentication to see forms and submit data seems to be checked. Could you log in to your account and then uncheck if needed, as outlined in the post discussed previously?
