Change logo register

@Customize Kobotoolbox Logo on the web portal own servers and edit email templates

kf.yourdomain/static/compiled/filename.jpg

and

kf.yourdomain/static/img/filename.svg

all this load and side bar logo is change but logo login page still old. i use incognito.
