Create a customised report

I am trying to create a customised report. After clicking on Data-> Reports, I click on the CUSTOM REPORTS drop-down box that appears and get two options

  • Default Report
  • Create New Report

The top option is highlighted in Blue, but the second option is in Grey. When I select the second option to create the new report, nothing happens. Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @DavidT,

Click the Create New Report and you should be able to get started. If you are still not able get started kindly please share the following through a private message (so that we could look closer into it):

  • User name
  • Project name
  • Server (OCHA or HHI)

Thanks. I tried the same thing numerous times yesterday but it did not work. Works fine now. Although, I see the reporting tool does basic descriptive statistics, I will need to import it into SPSS/Power BI to make some meaning our of the data. Thank you anyway
