Creating thousand number of users in a project

Hello,
I need very large number of users (around 2000) for the COVID-19 survey in a hospital.
How can i do that ? What can be the solution for this ?
Will be very grateful if i get solution at this difficult time …

Welcome to the community! If this is the case, you could collect your data for the survey using either one of the approach:

• Collecting data using KoBoCollect android app
• Collecting data using Enketo
