Data check between two forms submissions

Dear @Kal_Lam,

I am using KoboToolbox for our health related project for the last one year. I am very much satisfied using this though I am facing some problems with below issues:

1. Duplicate Data Entry: We are using Patient ID informs of QRCode. So, after completion an entry, if we entry same ID it accepts. So, end of the day we are facing duplicate id problems. Can we upload a csv file having those id attached with the form. But we are having huge no of patient at hospital. So, how many rows can be uploaded in csv? Is it safe that we upload data around 80k in a csv file?

2. Cross matching Data: We have a main form - “Patient Information” where we keep information of patient id, patient name, age, gender. In next form say “Patient Screening” we have to entry patient name, age, sex again. So, is there any way that we type patient id and patient name, age, sex data can be cross match from “Patient Information” file and populate or shows those information.

3. Data cleaning: We can download data from kobotoolbox but not the specific date wise. Is there any option for that?
   Also, can we upload a csv or excel file after correction data to the kobotoolbox server?

Data cleaning: We can download data from kobotoolbox but not the specific date wise. Is there any option for that?

Also, can we upload a csv or excel file after correction data to the kobotoolbox server?

While downloading data from kobo,
In Data->Downloads->Export-> then all data comes. Is there any way we can specify date?
Another thing is, we can edit data one by one. Is there any way where we can directly edit in table?
Or
We can download data in excel/csv format, Can we upload after editing this excel / csv data?

This feature is still not available with KoboToolbox, but we do have a workaround for this through he API:

You could do this as outlined in our support article Editing Responses in Multiple Submissions.
