Some of the questions I created repeat based on the answers given in a previous question, so for e.g. if 3 is the answer to “number of follow up visits”, the subsequent questions repeat 3 times.
I downloaded the excel in xls format and got a second sheet for those responses. How do I export that into SPSS? Thank you.

Thank you for the swift response @Kal_Lam, What I have trouble with is getting the data in the second sheet to SPSS, those corresposponding to the looped questions. The others exported just fine.
