Hello
I am trying to delete a form but I keep receiving an error message
“Unable to delete asset”
“502 bad gateway”
username - xxxxxxx
form - “Seroprevalence survey”
I have downloaded the data and the form. From looking through the community this seems to happen if there are REST services on the form but I don’t have any for this form.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the community, @dkennedy! Could you also let us know the server (OCHA or HHI) you are using?
@dkennedy, your survey project Seroprevalence survey has 6893 submissions. Do you wish to delete the survey project form your user account? If, yes please let me know. I shall delete them for you. But please also be informed that once you delete them from your user account you will not be able to retrieve them back.
Yes I have downloaded the data and forms so it can be deleted.
