My NGO works in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas to support differently abled adults and children. We fund special educators who travel to 70 remote villages to help families and patients cope and improve functioning. We need to track location, Pic, visit date and patient details as well as progress measurements on Kobo Collect. If anyone has done something similar, could you help me, a total newbie, design a data collection form and associated procedures? Please. Thank you. Peter
