Kindly please be informed that you are seeing this as your survey project should has a repeat group question in it. The data in the first tab represents the main dataset for your survey project. The subsequent tab then represents the repeat group question present within the survey project.
You could merge the dataset (using a third party software) as outlined in the post that has been discussed previously:
