Ending Survey for a response of several questionnaire

I have a set of questionnaire

Q. B1: Parental Consent:
Options: 1 = Yes,
2= Yes, but refused to sign
3 = No
96 = Not Applicable, girl’s age>18

if 1 go to B2
if 2 END SURVEY
96 go to Q.B3

Q. B2: Adolescent girl Assent:
Options: 1 = Yes,
2= Yes, but refused to sign
3 = No
96 = Not Applicable

option: 1 go to Q.C1
2 / 3 / 96 END SURVEY

QB3. Consent:
Options: 1 = Yes,
2= Yes, but refused to sign
3 = No

option: 1 go to Q.C1
2 / 3 END SURVEY

I have put logic on QB2, that if Q B1= 1, yes than QB2 will appear. And QB3 will appear only if B1=96. Then in Q.C1, I put skip logic that B2=1 yes, B3=1 yes and clicked on “should match any of the criteria”

But the problem is Q.C1 does not appear. If I select B1=96 & B3=1.

What can I do?

Please help me.

@shejuty, you should be able to skip a group of questions and terminate the survey by creating groups as needed. Here is a similar post discussed previously that should help you solve your issue:

As you see, I have tried that but there is a problem. But the problem is Q.C1 does not appear. If I select B1=96 & B3=1.

@shejuty, maybe you will need to share the workaround you have prepared. The community should be able to help you out then.
