Enkoto showing empty record when wanting to edit

Hello there,
I am trying to edit some records after submission, but Enkoto just shows an empty record when I go Data - Table - edit.

Yes, all is there. BTW - is there any way to edit the data in the xls form and then upload it again?

Our internet connection is really poor, could that have an effect?

@tafataona, you could do this as outlined in the post discussed previously using python script:

@tafataona, could you also share with us a screenshot of the data that you see while downloading your data and a screenshot of the same that is missing under the DATA>Table?

@tafataona, maybe it would be easy for us to read if you could mark what is missing and what is missing in the image shared above.

Also, when I click on the column heading in the toolbox under data - table, it used to sort it, now the column disappears?!

When I click the edit pencil, enkoto does open, but just displays an empty record.
