Try downloading your data in XLS (legacy) format as shown in the format:

You should be able to download your data without any error message.

Hi @Salma, Welcome to the community! Kindly please be informed that I observed 48 redeployed versions of your survey project. I am not exactly sure the redeployment version number that caused the issue but can confirm that it’s a case of one of the redeployment where you have changed the begin_repeat question type named q5_18_11 to integer question type for the same name (i.e. q5_18_11).
