Try downloading your data in XLS (legacy) format as shown in the format:

You should be able to download your data without any error message.

Hi @Salma, Welcome to the community! Kindly please be informed that I observed 48 redeployed versions of your survey project. I am not exactly sure the redeployment version number that caused the issue but can confirm that it’s a case of one of the redeployment where you have changed the begin_repeat question type named q5_18_11 to integer question type for the same name (i.e. q5_18_11). thanks @Kal_Lam, but this problem is also affect report of the data because when I want to see report also error message pop up ( internal server connection error) How should I solve this because I want to see the report in order to control data collection process.

and if I opt to change name of repeated group and redeploy what will be the negative consequence to the collected data and ongoing data collection process.

The custom report should automatically work for you once your fix the issue that has been highlighted above.

Try this out in a dummy project so that you feel confident before doing the same in the real project. Changing the name and fixing it should not affect your data structure.
