Error message “Export Failed” seen when downloading data

@mandarsathe, the issue has been resolved with this fix:

Release Notes - version 2.021.34

Another minor update (2.021.34d), reverting a FormPack change, to address failing exports with exception message: unbalanced parenthesis at position x. The fix was deployed to both servers as of 02:45 UTC on 22 September. Thank you to @sherwinufi, @oduoromogi and @mflores for reporting the issue and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
