Could you please solve my problem. Error loading survey:
There is an unnamed translation in your form definition.
Please give a name to all translations in your form.
Use “Manage Translations” option from form landing page.

another option is required during deploy the survey form i want to open it for scurvier no user id and password required.

You are seeing the error message as your survey form has an issue with managing multiple languages. To sort out the issue, please have a look at the support article here.
Alternatively, you could also download your xlsform and see the missing translation within your survey form as outlined in the previous post:
You could then complete the translation after identifying the missing translation within your survey form.
