Error message - unable to deploy a survey project

Please help us! We are trying to deploy our form and get the message:

unable to deploy
your form cannot be deployed because it contains errors:
[row: 160} list name not in choices sheet: ul9jw82

I dont understand what this means and need to fix this as I am trying to train my data collectors in the survey in the next 12 hours!
The form we have used was cloned from another form. This is the first time I have ever seen this message. Your urgent help is most appreciated.

Hi @danicawaiti,

Welcome to the community! To understand such error message you will need to download your survey questionnaire in xlsform version for the one you built in KoBoToolbox (if you do not know how to click here to learn how to download the xlsform questionnaire). Open the survey tab of the xlsform and have a look at row 160.

The error message is trying to inform you that you have a variable at row 160 (survey tab) but does not have a choice option in the choice tab of the xlsform. Fix this and you should be able to deploy your survey project (without seeing any error message again).
